Like most web sites, Procorem® uses cookies and web log files to track site usage. A cookie is a tiny data file which resides on your computer which allows Procorem® to recognize you as a user when you return to our site using the same computer and web browser. Unfortunately, if your browser settings do not allow cookies, you will not be able to use our website. Like the information you enter at registration or in your Profile, cookie and log file data is used to customize your experience on the web site.
One type of cookie, known as a “persistent” cookie, is set once you’ve logged in to your Procorem® account. The next time you visit the Procorem® web site, the persistent cookie will allow us to recognize you as an existing user so you will not need to log in before using the service. If you log out of the Procorem® site you will need to re-enter your password the next time you visit in order to log in to your account. Another type of cookie, called a “session” cookie, is used to identify a particular visit to the Procorem® site. Session cookies expire after a short time or when you close your web browser.
Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when you visit the Procorem® web site we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave Procorem®. We also receive the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, as well as the name of your ISP. This information is used to analyze overall trends to help us improve the Procorem® service, but is not linked to personally identifiable information in any way.

We have implemented security measures we consider reasonable and appropriate to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Please be advised, however, that while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and are not responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personally identifiable information. In the unfortunate event that your “personally identifiable information” (as the term or similar terms are defined by any applicable law requiring notice upon a security breach) is compromised, we may notify you by e-mail (at our sole and absolute discretion) to the last e-mail address you have provided us in the most expedient time reasonable under the circumstances; provided, however, delays in notification may occur while we take necessary measures to determine the scope of the breach and restore reasonable integrity to the system as well as for the legitimate needs of law enforcement if notification would impede a criminal investigation. From time to time we evaluate new technology for protecting information, and when appropriate, we upgrade our information security systems.
5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Procorem may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the “last revised” date at the beginning of this Policy when we do so. In the event there are substantive changes in the way we treat your personal information, we will send a notice to the primary email address specified in your Procorem account or by displaying a prominent notice on this site.
